Stayed here from July 30th-Aug 2nd, and Mrs Paula was truly helpful when I asked about the area. When we realized we were on the first floor, I wasn't too comfortable to be there, and the bathroom door on the first floor room was damaged. I asked for a switch of rooms and was helped by Richard. He asked his manager and we were sent to 3rd floor, which was perfectly fine. I saw people complaining about the elevator in reviews, but we didn't have issues. Not like many people constantly coming in and out of rooms. So I wanted to point that out. Then again, we were there basically weekdays, not the weekend. As for the pool, we went one evening to try and see about the movie with free popcorn, which is great, but the movie wasn't even working on the projector. The water in the pool was awfully cold, and it's late July. It has the convenience of having chairs and a lounge area, which is great. The hot tub worked well and was relieving, especially to ailing bones. Breakfast, while they do keep food well supplied, the eggs were the worst I've had. The ham was good and the busilcuits almost always looked burnt. There was cereal as well but seemed not to be used much, and my husband said he cereal he had was stale. Love that they have a waffle maker, and the coffee was pretty good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with minor things here and there. The daily housekeeping was great as well, and they kept us atocked with the toiletries offered. But I can't really complain about the value tbh. My favorite person there was Cindy, who told us about the in-house rescue Parot Paco. She was as sweet as can be. I wanted to say bye on my last day but had just missed her. She is definitely someone I will never forget.

The staff was more than exceptional with both mannerisms and their service. Walking into a business hearing Christian music being played and smiling faces made the stay even better. Buffet breakfast was a hit with all! If you left hungry, it was your on fault! Didn’t have to wait to be served, if needed something. If staff was short, it wasn’t seen. The live parrot was entertainment for both my husband and older son. The location was perfect for us because we were able to take trolley which stop was located outside of the convention area and easy to even walk to local restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!! Price booking through Booking.com saved us sever hundreds of dollars.

I have stayed here 6 times now. If you have a family of 4. Breakfast would be around $40-$50 on average could be more. so take that out of your Rate each night. The breakfast is probably 6.9/10 but the in house restaurant is nice. The lobby is beautiful and has a high ceiling and makes you feel good checking in or walking in and out. The rooms are average, but the Pool/Hot tub is 24 hours!! and believe me when the city shuts down around 10-11pm the Last thing you want is to be bored in your hotel room. Location perfect. In the middle of pigeon forge! Heaven !

the property was doing some construction on the 5 th floor. that’s where we were staying. the room wasn’t completed also the restaurant and bar are only open on the weekends due to staffing issues post Covid.(nobody wants to work )so I voiced my concerns and got upgraded to a huge suite. Talk about customer service. We ended up using the cheddars bar and grill scratch cookin restaurant in front of the hotel instead for our food and drink needs.

Staff were very friendly, Ree Ree who checked us in was amazing. It was my birthday and our honeymoon during our stay and our room was decorated with red rose petals, happy birthday card, balloons, signs and a delicious cake! Was very impressed. The lobby was very modern and nice, hottub and pool were clean and relaxing. Film area and popcorn was a nice touch. Location was great, on the main strip and had free parking.
