They have a thing with dogs barking and complaints. The rooms with the dogs have hard floors so any time my boy would bark from hearing people, it was loud and he’s little. I put him in the bathroom and made him a bed under the sink. He didn’t bark at anything in there. So that could save you a complaint fee of $250. The pool was amazing and I love the movie night every night on the pool deck. Staff was very friendly but Mrs. Cheryl really stood out to me during every breakfast trip we had. She’s so sweet and friendly. Definitely a perk to the trip! Also, the breakfast was sooo good. The foyer you walk into is beautiful with a double side facing fireplace that is cozy. I have no complaints about this trip. My mom liked it so much, her and my daughter stayed another night. Will be back !! Thank you Ramsey.

The location is perfect and made it easy to get to lots of places we hoped to visit. The parking lot is huge, we never had any issues finding a place to park close to the doors. Check-in was a breeze, the gal that helped us was very courteous, in fact we did not have any problems what so ever with staff, they were all delightful to work with to include the sweet lady that checked us in for breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were SO comfortable... the AC worked perfectly to keep the room at the temperature we wanted and the water pressure in the shower was heavenly. We also very much enjoyed the 24 hour pool and hot tub, I am pretty sure that is what sold us on coming here, the ability to come and swim at our leisure. Lots of things are actually within walking distance of this center too.

I liked the location . The staff was really helpful and friendly. They were always pleasant and cheerful The room was clean and the staff was very good about cleaning the room. I liked that there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate any time that you wanted it. It was fresh. I thought that it was nice that the pool was opened 24 hours, even though I didn't use it. It was also nice that they had a breakfast buffet.
